Realization of Hydraulic System for Calanders

Hydroservice has realized an hydraulic system composed of two independent hydraulic circuits for the simultaneous movement of two hydraulic cylinders, located in an industrial building in Singapore.
Sheet Metal Working

The accumulator is sized to be able to carry out an emergency opening even in the event of a power failure.
The position control of the cylinders is carried out via servovalves.

The whole hydraulic plant was designed to operate continuously — 24 x 7 — for a duration of approximately 10 years.
