Hydraulic unit for hot forging

For a company that designs and manufactures customized presses and complete lines for the hot forging of metals, we have created a hydraulic power unit with upper and lower extraction groups and monobloc for press auxiliaries.

As requested by the customer, the pump unit is immersed to reduce overall dimensions and a porthole has been inserted for pump inspection.
Furthermore, two structures welded laterally to the tank joined by pipes were created to be used as electrical cabinet supports
We used REXROTH modular solenoid valves.

Presses

As with every project, test certificates were finally provided for each element that makes up the control unit: painting, electrical part operation check, hydrostatic test, etc.
