Technical specifications
The control unit has four 3/8" G outlets, ensuring efficient distribution of the hydraulic fluid. Two of these utilities are equipped with flow regulators and manual directional valve with detent and integrated minimess, allowing precise and flexible control of operations. A pressure gauge on the main pressure line provides an immediate indication of operating conditions.

Powered at 400 V / 50 Hz, the mobile control unit is equipped with a 4 kW 4-pole motor, which ensures optimal performance even in conditions of intensive use. With a nominal flow rate of 10 L/min and a maximum pressure of 200 bar at 50 Hz, this unit can effectively handle a wide range of industrial applications.
The presence of an on-board 5.5 kW inverter allows the flow rate to be adjusted to the required service pressure. Pressure adjustment is conveniently done via a potentiometer on the inverter's wireless remote control, allowing precise and intuitive control.

The Hydroservice Mobile Central is designed to guarantee maximum practicality and operational efficiency. Thanks to its compact structure and wheels, two of which are fixed and two floating with brakes, this unit can be easily moved and positioned according to the user's needs.
The intelligent design includes an air-oil heat exchanger integrated into the bellhousing of the motor pump unit, ensuring optimal operation even in adverse environmental conditions. Furthermore, the provision for an electric oil heating resistor, with relative oil temperature measurement thermoresistor, guarantees precise control of the temperature of the hydraulic fluid.

Additional features

The control unit is equipped with various features that further improve its versatility and reliability. A provision for the hydraulic fluid contamination measuring instrument allows for preventive and timely maintenance. The 10 micron filtration on the return to the tank, with visual clogging indicator, ensures the cleanliness of the hydraulic system, prolonging its life and efficiency.
Numerous return hoses without back pressure in the tank allow for quick and easy maintenance, while an air filter and filler cap ensure safe and reliable operation. With a tank capacity of 300 L and a visual oil level indicator, this control unit offers high operational autonomy and easy monitoring of system conditions.
