Hydraulic unit for sheet metal working machinery

For a customer who produces machinery for sheet metal working in any material (mild steel, stainless steel, aluminium), Hydroservice has created a hydraulic power unit equipped with 8 motor-pump units, hydraulic blocks with proportional directional valves and pressurizing solenoid valves monitor.

Our team working, which involved the technical-commercial, planning, production and testing sectors, managed the project by working synergistically, in order to guarantee the success of the work, demonstrating its harmony even when the customer requested changes to work almost completed: in particular, we were asked to replace the initially planned water/oil heat exchanger with an air/oil version of equal performance.

Despite the tight deadlines, the change did not cause any problems: our technical office promptly modified the order documentation in accordance with the new specifications requested by the customer, production carried out the transformation and the control unit was delivered in record time.
