The request was to design and manufacture a hydraulic skid with a high power density, in accordance with Atex, Norsok and DNV-GL regulations.
This power plant provides the hydraulic power for mooring via winches of an FPSO vessel.
Specific components were also required for the Offshore sector which stands out for its aggressive environment and the need for high safety standards.
Hydroservice has developed the design system in close cooperation with the customer's technical office for a better integration of our product within the operational context. At the same time we coordinated some strategic suppliers, took care of assembly and the plant testing
The whole company participated in the project, since, given the tight deadlines and the technical-organizational complexity, it was necessary to find design and construction solutions compliant with stringent technical specifications. Each person on the team has therefore made a contribution starting from their experience and making their skills available.
