The needs of the client

Highly reliable system for the production of LDPE.

The customer's need was to have a system that could perform 24/7 in order to guarantee the continuity of the production process and its safety even in the event of a general system shutdown.

Improve production processes

After a first part of the project, dedicated to the analysis of customer specifications, we performed an accurate sizing of the entire system, in order to ensure the correct accumulation of hydraulic energy necessary for the movement of the process valves.

Also considering the high number of equipment to be supplied to accompany the main system, we tried to optimize the design of the more than 250 hydraulic blocks, with the aim of improving the production, assembly and testing processes.

Thanks to a joint effort by the entire company, we were able to meet the challenging delivery imposed by the end customer, while maintaining high quality standards and system reliability.

It should not be underestimated that the crucial part of development and engineering was carried out during the first lockdown in March.
The TEAM albeit remotely, joined forces and pursued a common idea of work.
The tasks and responsibilities were distributed evenly and shared between technicians and PM who, thanks also to the impeccable work of the production area, made it possible to fully achieve the objectives set during the planning phase and thus obtain the full satisfaction of the customer.
