Hydroservice is proud to announce the success of the recent edition of the Academy Montatore Meccanico. This training program, organized in collaboration with Gi Group, represented a unique opportunity for young talents to learn the technical and practical skills needed to excel in our sector.
A concrete opportunity for young people
The Academy, designed to train future mechanical professionals, offered participants targeted training on fundamental topics such as:
- Reading hydraulic diagrams
- Using benchtop instruments and tooling machines
- Assembly processes
- System connection and maintenance techniques
At the end of the course, the young talents began a 6-month work experience within our company. During this experience, participants will be able to put into practice the knowledge acquired and further develop their skills in a stimulating and innovative context.
