Features:

  • ISO 5211 top plate for direct mounting of a wide range of actuators and gears
  • Seal ring retainer, made of identical metal as the disc, clamps and combines the seal ring rigidly on the disc face into a robust, composite unit
  • Standard hard faced Stellite seat integral to body
  • Robust single piece stem
  • Live-loaded stem seal system by a set of Belleville springs. Rocker shaped gland bridge compensates for uneven adjustment of gland bolts
  • SS316+Nitriding bearings with graphite rings designed to take high radial and axial stem loads, and for ingress protection
  • One piece body
  • Replaceable laminated seal ring is located on the disc, precision machined for bi-directional sealing
